What do you guys use? What do you suggest is best? Down the road I really want to clear them. I have some plastx left and I've been using that periodically but it's really groady and the plastx only keeps them clean for about a week. Any suggestions? _________________ '04 Titanium Grey 6spd "Reese"

Which one is that? lol I've seen a few different kits, but they range in price, manufacturer and application. I don't want to spend $20 on something that just makes my headlights look like heck. _________________ '04 Titanium Grey 6spd "Reese"

| Ridiculously high numbered water sand paper and like 5000 (or 3000?) polish. Works great. Do not polish too much with electric tool or you will burn them. |

i was concerned with headlights and asked mechanic at mazda.... he said best thing to do is wax the lights since there is a clear coat on them. thats something i already was doing but just throwing that out there. walmart has the headlight sanding kit for like 20 bucks. i used it on my durango. worked well and looks so much better. _________________ Trying to avoid my dirt nap as long as I can. |

I've tried using wax on them but they always seem to come out looking crappy. They have a thick film on them and while the plastx will cut through it, it'll return shortly afterwards. I think I'm going to hunt down the "as seen on tv" kit. That's the one in the shiny bag, right? _________________ '04 Titanium Grey 6spd "Reese"

Constructive. Thanks. XD If I could find a set of heads and tails for cheap, I'd be all over it. _________________ '04 Titanium Grey 6spd "Reese"

WOW, I don't believe it. Worked like a charm, holy crap. They look practically brand new. I had an inch think of yellow on them and they look like they're maybe a few months old. _________________ '04 Titanium Grey 6spd "Reese"

Now when you wash the car, don't use bug and tar spray to clean the bumper or they will go back. _________________ No one can escape me invisible-line attack! |

Oh, thanks for the heads up, I didn't think about that. I cannot believe the difference. I swear, if I ever open a shop or become a parts slinger or anything, I'm going to push that product like it's the second coming. XD _________________ '04 Titanium Grey 6spd "Reese"
